Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Golf Room Plus website, reserving driving range or VIP simulator bays, purchasing coaching packages, or utilizing our facilities at Summit Windmill Golf Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
Reservations, Pricing & Cancellation Policy
All bay reservations and coaching sessions are subject to availability. Pricing for packages and hourly sessions is subject to change, with current rates confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to avoid forfeiture of fees or session credits.
Data Sharing & Partners
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with trusted partners strictly necessary to operate our services:
- Technology Partners: Foresight Sports and SWNGx for swing telemetry and session tracking.
- Club Fitting Partner: Velor Lab for custom club fitting requests.
- Service Providers: Secure payment gateways, IT support, and messaging providers (e.g., Line OA).
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal proceedings.
Facility Conduct & Equipment Usage
Guests use the facilities and equipment at their own risk. Golf Room Plus shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our facilities or equipment, except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the facilities, equipment, or property of Golf Room Plus caused by their negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions. Golf Room Plus reserves the right to charge the customer for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of any damaged property.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and media on this website and within the Golf Room Plus facility are the exclusive property of Golf Room Plus or its authorized technology partners (including Foresight Sports, SWNGx, and Velor Lab) and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability
Golf Room Plus is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring on facility grounds or during simulator use, except where directly caused by gross negligence. Guests participate in athletic practice and coaching at their own discretion and risk.
